As I started to assemble the band saw I realized the wheels wouldn't turn. I initially thought there was some type of break applied, to them to keep them from turning during shipping, but I didn't see anything obvious holding any of the parts. I had limited time to work on it that evening and I decided I would continue with assembling the table before I stopped and would check out the problem when I could get back and finish working on it. A week later, when I got back to it, I had forgotten about the wheel problem, finished the assembly, and turned it on.
