I bought one of these winches December 2008.Thought wow a 3 year warranty.Try to use the warranty. Its your fault. Don't matter your fault.Here is the warrantyIts cheaper to buy the part than to send it back and then me send it back to you.Had it 1 year Christmas. Motor is not sealed shorts out Bought a new motor because it is cheaper to buy than send it back for warrantyPut it on and it shorted out in Sept of 09Buy a Warn or Ramsey.
